    Am I automatically charged at the end of every 30 days?

 If you are still subscribed to our service, you will be charged after 30 days on a month-to-month basis. All of our upgrade plans as well as our booster packs are 30 day subscriptions but you can cancel the subscription any time you like in Paypal or Payza. If you are only looking for a one time purchase be sure to unsubscribe any time during your first month. 

Where is the site id for my website?

 You can locate the site id of your website by expanding the website campaign panel. At the top right just above the Geo-targeting box there will be the site-id of the campaign. It is in a small gray font.

How do I receive clicks to website with Facebook Ads?

 Go to your Facebook page after you have logged on and click “Build Audience” at the top right of your page. Click on “Use Ads Manager” and click “Create Ad” at the top right of your page. Click on “Clicks to Website” from the list. “Clicks to Website” works similar to “Page Likes” except it promotes a webpage instead of a Facebook page.

Enter the URL you want to promote and click “Continue”. Add up to 6 images for your ad and 90 characters of text. Configure your audience targeting and set campaign pricing and click “Place Order”. It will take a few minutes for your ad to be approved.

Why is my website campaign expired?

  If you have an expired campaign, this means that your account does not have enough website slots to keep the campaigns running. Your URL slots will be downgraded if you did not pay for the booster packs or upgrade plan for the month. You can keep the campaigns active again by upgrading your plan and purchasing extra website slots again.

What causes my site to crash or perform slowly?

 Some early signs that your site might be having downtime are: hijacked pages, pages that don’t load and slow load times. Some causes could be operator error such as deleting files you weren’t supposed to or forgetting to renew your hosting plan/domain name. Another reason could be that your server cannot handle the amount of traffic you’re receiving or that you’ve reached your monthly limit in bandwidth that your web host provider allows. It could also be that a hacker hijacked your pages or has DDoS (distributed denial-of-service) attacked your website. It can be a headache determining what’s causing your site to crash but remember that whatever it may be, always stay calm, contact your web provider and find solutions to fix and prevent it from happening again.

 

Why does my website campaign have a warning sign?

  The warning sign with an exclamation is an indication that some features may not be working for the campaign. When you create a campaign on a plan like Business or Pro and your account is downgraded for example from Pro to Basic, the account will no longer have the custom traffic source feature. Even though the setting is set to enabled, it is no longer working unless you upgrade your plan to Pro or Business again. If you expand the website campaign panel with the warning sign, you’ll see which settings are not working.

Once upgraded, the warning sign will be removed. If you do not wish to upgrade, you can also disable the geo-targeting and/or white-label traffic in the manage site settings to remove the warning sign from the campaign.

How do I verify my account?

 After signing up, you’ll receive an activation e-mail which will allow you to verify your account by clicking on a link. If you did not receive the activation e-mail, you can request it again by going to Settings page and clicking on the resend button by “Account Status: unverified”.

 

What are intelligence events in Google Analytics?

 Intelligence events are automatic and custom alerts you get from Google Analytics. Google Analytics monitors your website traffic for you and will alert you of any significant statistical variations.
